Management and Conservation of Documents

The ICOMOS headquarters in Paris, store a complete documentation collection, related to the Cultural Heritage Protection. Thanks to the efforts of the UNESCO and the ICOM (International Council of Museums) the Documentation Center offers research material upon every field of conservation, protection or about all sites and historic monuments present in every region of the world. This database opened by the specialists and the related agencies of ICOMOS, uniquely stores a number of documents that goes over the 20,000 units. Also, consultancy and research services are available and the database is opened to the general public.
